I couldn't be more pleased. She hit the sale price right on the nose as to what she felt we could get and it took less than 72 hours to have a full-price offer with the buyer paying all closing. I put this home on the market once before and over the span of 6 months I dropped the price to $50K, and never got one offer. Her photography presentation / virtual tour was excellent, the house could not have looked better. She offered staging/presentation ideas that were easy to achieve but very important.
